Our first single grain series, Hooroo is made with Gladfield's finest pilsner grain and delicately hopped with Citra and Kohatu. Inspired by one of the most approachable people on the planet, who says HooRoo when he sees you and HooRoo when he leaves.

This beer is the embodiment of leaving the grind behind and chasing a dream. A flavour-filled journey starting a little sweet to capture the excitement of leaving a job, before becoming a slightly bitter to capture the apprehension of leaving - s**t am I doing the right thing?? The flavours then mellow out as you sit back and ride the next chapter.

Bursting at the seams with Nectaron hops, this hazy was inspired by the cravings of a Dirty Dodgey from New Zealand. Whilst this beer did not fully satiate his need for Nectaron, he declared that version 5 was "quite smashable". And thus DD Smash was born!

When one of the owners nearly causes you to lose your liquor license because no one knows where he lives, you make a beer after it! This oated pale lager combines the best of 3 beer flavours into one, sure to confuse the tastebuds! What am I drinking? Lager, pale ale, or IPA? Who cares, it’s delicious! Bringing fruity aromas & creaminess at the front of the pallet with a nice clean crisp finish like a lager.

Our lemon myrtle Gose was inspired by Coastal Hops Tours crafted to taste like a sweet, salted kiss from the ocean. This refreshing Gose balances the lemon myrtle with hints of coriander and artisan salt, perfect for a hot summer day.

Our take on the classic Hefeweizen, "The Kryptonian" may not be able to leap a building in a single bound, but it can save your taste buds with delicious hints of banana and clove.

This is a monster Double IPA with nearly 0.5kg of hops in every 50L batch. The hoppiness comes through like a swift round house to the face from Chuck Norris, and just when you think your head is about to explode from the tastation that your brain is currently going through, the combination of caramelly malts come in to take your tastes on a smooth ride down to pleasure town.

When life gives you lemons, "Grab the bull 'By the Horns'!" (We have told Jay that's not how the saying goes, but he won't listen!) We've teamed up with Risky Briskets BBQ to bring you this delectable smoked amber bock using Gladfield Malt Manuka smoked grains and our favourite Redback malt.
